• Bedrock Players: Add a dot (.) before your username during purchase (Example: .BedrockPlayer123).
• All Players: Use your actual username, NOT your in-game nickname.
This helps to deliver your purchases accurately.

REFUND POLICY

We do not provide refunds after the purchase of a package. This is because the contents of our store are fully illustrated both on the Minecraft server and on the relative page of the store. Over time, purchased packages may vary or be disabled upon notice by the staff. However, users who have already purchased the packages will be able to keep them permanently. Forced refunds and chargebacks can be reported and result in a ban from the platform.
